What am I signing up for?
Our aim is to build a talent pool of future Compass Group leaders who are ready to step into an exciting new role as we continue to win new business or suitable vacancies as they become available.
Once you have been accepted onto the Academy, and in order to attain nationally recognised qualifications, you will be expected to complete the 2 year programme. This includes:
- Self learning
- In house training and development courses
- Off-job work experiences
- External modules
The programme is regularly assessed throughout by
- Reflective learning
- Project work
- External Assessment
- Knowledge tests
- Regular reviews
