What I enjoy about working for Compass is that each day at the racecourse is varied. No two days are the same. You could be racing, you could be prepping, you could be running a function.
Also with Compass you have the opportunity of working at different venues, different racecourses or sporting venues, which is great.
The best thing about my job here at Newmarket I think is the flexibility that it offers. We have a good team spirit in work.
