Short-term Internships

A short-term internship is the perfect way to get a real feel for what it’s like to work with us. It’s also a great way to get your foot in the door. Usually organised by your college or university, our internships can take the form of a week’s work experience, a paid summer placement or a postgraduate internship that can last up to 10 weeks.

It’ll be a real job with real responsibilities and lots of opportunities to show us what you can do. And, at every step, you’ll be supported by your own mentor and the Learning & Development team. So you can rest assured you’ll get just as much out of it as you put in.

If you’d like to know more and get involved, start by talking with your college or university to see if they have a placement or internship programme in place.

If they do, it’s likely they’re already in contact with us – if they haven’t and you’d still like be involved, then apply to us and tell us what you’d hope to achieve in your time with us and what you can bring to the team. Places are very limited, but we will contact you if we have a suitable placement available.

Recruitment Journey

As you can imagine, there are a lot of people in many different lines of work all vying to join us in different sectors, different organisations and different roles. Which means, naturally, each role will take a slightly different recruitment process from the other.

So, make sure you read all the instructions carefully so you know how to apply for the job you’re looking for. And remember, we’re looking for people who, like us, are bursting with enthusiasm and love providing people with a great service. That’s why it’s so important your drive and enthusiasm comes out at every stage of the journey.

Your personality is every bit as important to us as your qualifications and work experience. After all, it’s that spark that drives us to be better at what we do every day.
