Our people are the best. Our service is out of this world. And our career development is second to none.

Finance Graduate Programme

Every day, we provide food and support services to over 18 million people around the world. We also clean over one million square feet of office space and provide security to events (big and small). So, when you start to think about the numbers involved, you can see why it’s so important to keep on top of the figures in everything we do.

It’s why we’re always looking for talented and ambitious Finance Graduates like you to join us. This is your chance to offer front-line support to our accounting and finance teams – helping to drive our business to even greater heights. And, for you, there’s never been a better time to be part of it.

What will I do?

You’ll have a big role to play from day one. Of course, you’ll get all the training and support you need to get you up to speed – it won’t be long until you’re taking responsibility for all kinds of financial information and control services for our Finance and Operating teams.

Supported by our finance experts every step of the way, it’s a role that’ll call on all the financial skills and expertise you developed at university as you help us to continue improving our service levels, management information and processes.

Bringing your own ideas to the table, you’ll help us to get even better at what we do. As you can see, it’s a real job with real responsibilities – and it’s a big job too. But in return, the rewards will be just as big.

What’s in it for me?

For us, our Finance Graduates aren’t just a number – you’re the future of our business. To show our commitment to you, we’ll provide you with fully funded study support for your CIMA qualification, with generous study leave as well as a clear training programme that provides you with the tools you need to succeed and go as far as you aspire to go in our vast business.
